Church Leadership Team and structure
The Full Gospel Church has a leadership team of Church Council Members who also act as Trustees for the Church in respective of our Charitable status.
The Present Leaderhsip team comprises of the following members:
Mark Lees - Minister who acts as Chair of the Council
Terry Ellis - Council member & Secretary to the Council
David Tompkins - Council member & Church Treasurer
Debbie Bull - Council member
Douglas Spence - Council member
Gregory Obiechefu - Council member
This leadership team meets Bi-monthly in closed session to discuss the progress of the ministry in the church and its various support ministries, set and oversee budgets and building/financial matters, and discuss other issues within the life of the church membership
The team also meet in open session on alternate Bi-monthly meetings with ministry leaders and depatment heads to update and inform them with developments and to listen to feedback from various ministries and the general membership of the church.
The Full Gospel Church has a membership base to fulfill its obligations as a charity and holds an annual open meeting for all church members. At this meeting held every March, a full annual report is presented, along with budgets a statementy of financial activities and the auditted accounts.
The church as a charity operates under the Model Trust Deed of Assemblies of God, and this acts as the constituition for the church body.
